As the great Adele said in her song… Hello, can you hear me?
Well, actually in this case it would be more like can you read me?, but let’s not stop in technicisms at this very moment. Not when we have a welcome post to write.
Because yes, this post is to bid you all welcome to the new step of the Out in little stars proyect. It started a few months ago as a Youtube channel where I post my own audio recordings of poetry, theatre (with a special love for Shakespeare) and historical letters and speeches; and it continues with this blog which has the purpose to post content that will be related to the videos that will go up to Youtube.
Said content will be both in English and Spanish, just as the Youtube channel itself is multilingual, with the occasional delving into other languages. A new video will go up every week along with its posts here.
In the meanwhile, I hope you enjoy the first video I ever posted and the reason behind the name of this blog.
JULIET: (…)Give me my Romeo; and, when he shall die,
Take him and cut him out in little stars,
And he will make the face of heaven so fine
That all the world will be in love with night
And pay no worship to the garish sun.(…)
